01 定義

本條款中所用詞語定義如下：

• 「本服務」：指知識宇宙 Moku 應用程式（包含網頁版 PWA、Android 版、iOS 版）及相關網站。
• 「我們」/「本公司」：指知識宇宙 Moku 之營運者。
• 「您」/「用戶」：指訪問或使用本服務的任何個人。
• 「使用者內容」：指您在本服務中建立、上傳或提交的任何資料，包含學習筆記、作文、圖片等。
• 「AI 功能」：指本服務中由人工智慧模型（例如 Gemini、Claude、DeepSeek、OpenAI GPT）驅動的功能，包含樹洞、作文批改、出題、學習分析等。
• 「付費方案」：指需付費購買的服務功能方案（標準版、旗艦版等）。
• 「免費版」：指無需付費即可使用的基礎功能。

02 條款接受與契約成立

依據中華民國《民法》第153條，當事人互相表示意思一致時，契約成立。您透過以下任一方式即表示同意本條款，雙方契約隨即成立：

• 點擊「註冊」、「登入」或「同意」按鈕
• 存取或使用本服務的任何部分
• 在購買付費方案時勾選政策確認核取方塊

若您不同意本條款任何部分，請勿使用本服務。

未成年人：若您為未滿 18 歲的未成年人，您的父母或法定監護人必須代為同意本條款。未成年人使用本服務，視為其法定監護人已閱讀並同意本條款。

電子契約效力：本使用條款構成具有法律效力的電子契約，依《電子簽章法》第4條，以電子方式表示同意具有與書面同等之效力。

語言優先：本條款以繁體中文版本為準。英文版本僅供參考，如有歧義，以繁體中文版本為準。

03 服務說明與適用對象

知識宇宙 Moku 是面向學習者的學習追蹤與 AI 輔助工具，主要功能包含：學習時間紀錄與追蹤、AI 生成學習摘要與分析、AI 出題練習、作文批改、情緒支持（默的樹洞）、群組讀書室、單字練習等。

適用對象與年齡限制

• 本服務限 13 歲以上使用。未滿 13 歲者不得建立帳號或使用本服務。
• 13 至 18 歲的未成年用戶，應在父母或法定監護人知情及同意的情況下使用，依《兒童及少年福利與權益保障法》相關規定辦理。
• 使用本服務即聲明您已達上述年齡，或已取得法定監護人之同意。

04 AI 功能免責聲明

使用任何 AI 功能即表示您已充分了解並接受上述限制。

05 帳號責任

• 帳號安全：您須妥善保管帳號登入憑證（帳號密碼、Google 帳號）。因您個人疏失導致的帳號安全問題，本服務不負責任。
• 帳號專屬性：帳號僅限您本人使用，不得與他人共用、轉讓、出售或以任何方式轉移帳號使用權。
• 資訊正確性：您應提供正確、完整的帳號資訊，並保持資訊更新。不得冒充他人或使用虛假身分。
• 異常通報：發現帳號遭未授權存取或有安全疑慮時，應立即修改密碼並通知我們（[email protected]）。
• 單一帳號：每位用戶限建立一個帳號。使用自動化工具批量建立帳號，或規避封鎖後重新建立帳號，均屬違規。
• 法律行為能力：您聲明在您所在地之適用法律下，具有進入、使用本服務及同意本條款的完全法律行為能力，或已取得必要的監護人同意。

06 使用者內容與著作權

A. 您的著作權

您在本服務中建立的使用者內容（學習筆記、作文、目標設定、上傳圖片等），著作權歸您所有，不因使用本服務而轉讓。

B. 您授予本服務的授權

為使本服務得以正常運作，您授予知識宇宙 Moku 以下授權：

• 儲存與顯示：在本服務內儲存、顯示您的內容，以向您提供服務
• 技術處理：僅在您主動使用對應 AI 功能時，將完成該次功能所必要的內容（例如提示、作文、您選擇上傳的文件／圖片、必要的學習摘要或近期對話）經 Moku 後端傳送至適用的 AI 服務商處理；實際資料流詳見隱私政策
• 匿名統計：以完全匿名化且無法識別個人身分的方式，統計整體使用趨勢以改善服務

上述授權以非獨家、不可再授權、可撤銷為原則，您刪除帳號後授權隨即終止。

我們不會：公開您的使用者內容；將您的內容出售給第三方；將您的原始筆記或作文用於 AI 模型訓練（AI 服務商的政策見隱私政策第5節）。

C. 本服務的著作權

以下內容的著作權屬知識宇宙 Moku 所有，未經書面授權不得複製或商業使用：

• 應用程式介面設計、視覺風格
• 「知識宇宙 Moku」名稱、商標
• 「默」角色設計、像素藝術形象及其人格設定
• 原創文案、教學內容、系統提示詞
• 應用程式原始碼

D. 考試試題著作權

本服務涉及台灣學測、指考、分科測驗等考試試題。依中華民國《著作權法》第9條第1項第5款：「依法令舉行之各類考試試題及其備用試題」不得為著作權之標的，本服務使用學測、指考、分科測驗試題依法合法，無需授權。

E. 著作權侵權申訴

若您認為本服務有侵害您著作權的情形，請發送電子郵件至 [email protected]，說明：(1) 您的聯絡資訊；(2) 著作權作品說明；(3) 侵權內容的所在位置；(4) 侵權聲明。我們將在 14 個工作日內回應。

07 禁止行為

使用本服務時，您不得從事以下行為。違反者將依情節輕重受到警告、帳號暫停或永久停用，情節嚴重者本服務保留依法追究民刑事責任的權利：

A. 濫用 AI 系統

• 使用 Prompt Injection、越獄指令或其他技術手段，試圖操控 AI 輸出或繞過安全限制
• 使用自動化腳本或工具大量呼叫 AI 功能，超過合理個人使用範圍
• 刻意繞過每日使用配額（如多帳號輪換使用）
• 將本服務 AI 輸出用於商業出版、販售或其他未授權的商業目的

B. 攻擊與破壞系統

• 對本服務或其基礎設施發動 DDoS 攻擊、SQL 注入、XSS 攻擊等網路攻擊行為
• 使用爬蟲或自動化工具大量抓取本服務資料
• 對本服務程式碼進行逆向工程、反組譯或其他試圖取得原始碼的行為
• 探測或測試本服務的安全漏洞（未事先取得書面授權）

C. 帳號操作違規

• 出售、轉讓、出租帳號或付費方案的存取權限
• 使用他人信用卡或付款資訊，在未獲授權的情況下購買方案
• 不當利用退款機制（如重複申請退款後再次購買）

D. 非法與有害內容

• 上傳、發布或傳播違反中華民國法律的非法內容
• 上傳兒童性剝削內容（CSAM），此行為將立即舉報主管機關
• 散布詐騙、釣魚、惡意軟體或病毒
• 侵害他人著作權、商標權或其他智慧財產權
• 洩露他人個人資料或隱私

E. 社群行為

• 在群組聊天或社交功能中騷擾、威脅、霸凌或歧視其他用戶
• 發布色情、性露骨內容、兒少性剝削內容，或以「成人標記」企圖繞過禁止規則
• 冒充他人（包含其他用戶、知名人士、本服務工作人員）
• 散布不實謠言或惡意誹謗他人

發現違規行為，您可透過 [email protected] 向我們舉報。

08 付費服務

• Android 與 iOS App 內的數位功能，依平台規定使用 Google Play Billing 或 Apple App Store 付款；Moku 不會在原生 App 內引導你改用未允許的外部付款方式。
• 目前方案包含 NT$60、NT$89、NT$149 的月訂閱，以及 NT$30 的一次性支持商品。實際幣別、價格、稅額與可用方案，以你所在地區的商店結帳畫面為準。
• 月訂閱會自動續訂，直到你在 Google Play 或 Apple App Store 取消。取消通常會停止下一期扣款，並可使用至目前已付款期間結束；解除安裝 App 不會自動取消訂閱。
• NT$30 一次性支持不會自動續訂，也不會解鎖 basic、plus、pro 或其他付費方案權益。
• 購買結果會由 RevenueCat 與應用商店權益重新驗證；前端成功畫面本身不會直接升級帳號。
• 目前 AI 使用規則：Pro（NT$89）包含每日 200 次一般 AI 額度、作文批改 20 次／月、標準 AI 出題 20 次／月，以及每月 12 個 Deep Credits（深度額度）；Premium（NT$149）包含每日 200 次一般 AI 額度、標準出題與作文批改的高額公平使用、每月 30 個 Deep Credits、完整作文 AI 示範改寫（每次使用 1 個 Deep Credit，且不另消耗單次功能使用權或獨立改寫月額度）、學習歷程 AI 文件 18 份／月、學習歷程批改 25 次／月，以及方案頁列出的其他 Premium 方案內含功能。實際功能頁與購買頁顯示的當期方案內容為準。
• 題量、標準與深度生成：出題頁可依科目提供 10 題快速練習、20 題標準練習；只有具正式考試規格且已建立完整模板的考科才顯示「完整模考」。支援品質選擇的科目可另選「標準生成」或「深度生成」。標準生成以成本效率較高的模型與必要的題數、格式及答案驗證完成日常練習；深度生成可使用較高成本的推理或語言模型與更嚴格的品質校準。模型供應商、型號與路由可能因品質、可用性或成本調整而變更。
• Deep Credits：深度額度是 Moku 用來計量較高成本 AI 工作量的服務額度，不是現金或可自由交易的虛擬貨幣。出題目前依「題量＋品質」計算：10 題與 20 題的標準練習不使用 Deep Credit；支援深度生成的 10 題或 20 題練習使用 1 個。具正式模板的完整模考中，國文／國綜的標準完整卷使用 1 個 Deep Credit、深度完整卷使用 2 個；社會、歷史、地理、公民的標準完整卷使用 1 個、深度完整卷使用 3 個；英文與自然／物理／化學／生物的標準完整卷使用 1 個、深度完整卷使用 2 個；數學標準完整卷不因題量額外使用 Deep Credit，困難／地獄難度的深度完整卷目前使用 2 個。單純進入頁面、切換選項或預覽不會消耗額度，系統會在真正開始生成前顯示本次需求。作文批改完成後若使用者主動要求完整 AI 示範改寫，每次使用 1 個 Deep Credit，視為同一次作文工作的延伸，不另消耗單次功能使用權。學習歷程 AI 文件與備審批改會依文件頁數、檔案數量、大小及可解析內容量分級，輕量工作不額外消耗，較高工作量目前依級距使用 1 或 2 個 Deep Credits。資料解析採另一組級距：圖片、網址及 10 頁以內 PDF 不額外使用 Deep Credit，11–20 頁 PDF 額外使用 1 個，21–30 頁 PDF 額外使用 2 個；若無法可靠取得 PDF 頁數，系統可依檔案大小作保守估算。系統會在執行前盡可能顯示本次預計額度，實際以功能頁當下顯示與伺服器核算為準。
• 學習歷程批改單次最多 5 個檔案、PDF 合計最多 30 頁、所有檔案合計最多 25MB；一般資料解析單檔最多 20MB，PDF 單次最多 30 頁。這些限制用於穩定性、處理品質與防止異常資源消耗。
• 所有付費方案均不顯示橫幅式／一般插頁式廣告，包含 NT$60 無橫幅／插頁廣告版；登入後的免費 Web App 可能透過 Adsterra 顯示橫幅，並在自然完成點確保單一 Social Bar script 已載入，由 Adsterra 控制其後續樣式與頻率；公開文章／學習資源等合格內容頁可能使用 Google AdSense 及／或 Adsterra 橫幅。Moku 會提供 Web 廣告 Cookie／隱私選擇提示；於目前未列為需事前取得額外廣告同意訊號的地區，一般 Adsterra 廣告可能在使用者尚未選擇前載入，拒絕後停止後續載入；受規範地區仍依適用隱私閘門與 IAB 訊號處理；若使用者主動需要額外使用權或額度，仍可自行選擇獎勵廣告。支援廣告解鎖的付費 AI 功能共用同一種「單次功能使用權」：目前完整觀看 3 次一般激勵廣告可取得 1 次通用使用權（獎勵式插頁若提供時為 8 次）。此使用權不分 Pro／Premium、不綁定取得時所在的功能頁，可先保存並在之後任一支援功能真正開始生成、分析或批改時消耗；單純進入功能或預覽不會扣除。免費方案透過廣告取得單次功能使用權目前每月最多 10 次。Deep Credits 為另一個獨立機制，不計入上述每月 10 次上限；目前完成 5 次一般激勵廣告或 15 次獎勵式插頁廣告可取得 1 個 Deep Credit，且可累積。方案若本身已包含某項基本功能，使用該功能時不需要單次功能使用權；只有選擇較高成本的深度工作時，才可能另外使用 Deep Credits。正式環境中的獎勵資格以實際廣告 provider 的伺服器端驗證結果為準（例如 AdMob SSV 或 Appodeal S2S）；僅有裝置端「觀看完成」事件本身不構成發放額度的充分依據。廣告獎勵沒有現金價值；單次功能使用權不可轉讓。由廣告取得或方案內含的 Deep Credits 可依前述好友贈送規則有限轉贈，但贈予行為不會使額度成為現金、可退款餘額或可自由交易的財產，並可能受接收上限、反濫用與服務可用性限制。
• 取消、退款與恢復購買依退款與取消政策及應用商店規則處理。
• 若目前版本尚未設定有效商品，Moku 會隱藏購買入口，不會讓你一直撞上一扇打不開的門。
• 透過 Apple App Store 取得的 iOS App 授權，適用 Apple 的 Standard EULA；本條款則補充帳號、雲端服務、AI 功能與社群功能的使用規則。Moku 負責本服務的維護與支援，Apple 不負責 Moku 的服務內容。

09 服務可用性與變更

• 現狀提供：本服務以「現狀」（as-is）及「可用狀態」（as-available）提供，不保證服務不中斷或不含任何錯誤
• 版本更新：iOS App Store 版本已關閉自動 Web Bundle 更新，iOS 的程式與功能變更只透過 App Store 新版本提供。Android 測試或非商店版本若另行啟用更新機制，亦不得用於繞過商店審核或新增原生權限。
• 維護停機：我們可能因定期維護、緊急修復或系統升級而暫停服務。計畫性維護將提前 24 小時通知；緊急維護不另行通知
• 功能調整：我們保留新增、修改、暫停或移除任何功能的權利，並盡力在重大功能移除前 14 天通知
• 服務終止：若決定永久終止本服務，我們會在合理可行的範圍內提前通知並提供資料匯出方式。付費期間受影響時，將依購買平台規則與適用法律提供處理方式；App Store 購買的退款由 Apple 審核與執行
• 不可抗力：因天災、戰爭、罷工、政府行為、網路基礎設施故障、第三方服務商中斷等不可抗力事件導致服務中斷，本服務不負賠償責任

10 保證免除聲明

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務明確排除以下保證：

• 本服務將不中斷、即時、安全或不含錯誤地運作
• 本服務的任何缺陷將被更正
• 本服務或其伺服器不含病毒或其他有害程式
• 本服務的 AI 功能輸出具有準確性、完整性或適用於特定用途
• 透過本服務取得的任何建議、資訊或意見將符合您的期望

本服務排除所有明示或默示的保證，包含但不限於適銷性、特定用途適用性、非侵權性之默示保證。

11 責任限制

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，知識宇宙 Moku 對以下損失概不負責：

• 間接損失：因使用或無法使用本服務所致的間接損失、特殊損失、懲罰性損害
• 利潤損失：收入損失、資料遺失、商譽損失、業務中斷
• AI 相關損失：因信任 AI 輸出（包含作文批改、出題、學習建議）而影響的考試成績或升學結果
• 第三方損失：因 Firebase、Gemini、Claude、DeepSeek、OpenAI／OpenRouter、AdMob、AdSense、Adsterra、Appodeal／其廣告中介合作夥伴、AppLovin、RevenueCat、Google Play、Apple App Store 等第三方服務中斷或資料外洩所致的損失
• 帳號安全損失：因您個人疏失（如密碼外洩）導致帳號被盜用所致的損失
• 資料遺失：因您的裝置故障、瀏覽器資料清除或其他非本服務原因造成的本地資料（如樹洞對話）遺失

責任上限：如本服務需承擔責任，無論基於何種法律理論，對您的賠償責任上限不超過您在索賠事件發生前 12 個月內實際支付給本服務的總金額；若您未曾付款，責任上限為新台幣 100 元。

部分地區的消費者保護法律可能限制上述免責條款，在此情況下，本服務的責任以法律允許的最小範圍為限。

12 賠償

因您違反本使用條款、侵害他人著作權、違法使用本服務，或您的使用者內容侵害第三方權益，導致本服務或其關係人（包含服務商、合作夥伴）因此遭受索賠、損失、費用（含合理律師費），您同意負擔相應的賠償責任。

13 智慧財產權

本服務的智慧財產

以下知識產權屬知識宇宙 Moku 所有，受中華民國《著作權法》、《商標法》及相關法律保護：

• 「知識宇宙 Moku」及「Moku」名稱與品牌識別
• 「默」角色的視覺設計、像素藝術形象、個性設定及所有衍生作品
• 應用程式介面設計、視覺元素、配色方案
• 系統提示詞（System Prompt）及 AI 人格設定
• 原始程式碼（前端 React / Vite、後端 Cloudflare Workers）
• 原創教學內容、文案及說明文字

未經知識宇宙 Moku 書面授權，任何人不得：複製、改作、散佈、公開展示上述內容；將「默」角色用於商業用途；逆向工程或反組譯本服務程式碼；以任何方式使用本服務品牌元素可能造成混淆的情形。

回饋意見

若您提供改進建議、功能要求或其他意見（「回饋」），您授予本服務永久、不可撤銷、免授權金、可再授權的授權，得以任何形式使用該回饋而無需向您支付任何費用。

14 帳號停用與終止

A. 我們有權停用帳號的情形

• 嚴重或重複違反本使用條款
• 帳號被用於非法活動（包含詐騙、散布非法內容）
• 使用自動化工具異常消耗系統資源
• 帳號長期閒置（超過 24 個月無任何登入記錄）且免費版帳號
• 依法律要求（如法院命令）

B. 停用程序

• 輕微違規（首次、情節較輕）：先以電子郵件警告，並給予 7 天改正期
• 嚴重違規（涉及非法內容、嚴重攻擊等）：直接永久停用，並以電子郵件說明原因
• 停用後仍可透過 [email protected] 申訴，申訴回覆時限為 14 個工作日
• 因違規被停用的付費方案，不予退款

C. 您主動刪除帳號

• 可在設定頁「刪除帳號」提出並完成已驗證的刪除流程，或聯絡客服協助處理
• 完成已驗證的刪帳流程後，主要服務會逐項刪除可識別資料；依法、會計、退款、安全或防詐所需的紀錄可能限制用途保留必要期間
• 刪除後帳號無法復原，請確認已備份重要筆記
• 刪除帳號不會自動取消平台訂閱或直接決定退款資格；您仍須在 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 管理訂閱，退款依各商店規則與適用法律審核。帳號刪除後，Moku 無法繼續提供帳號型權益。

D. 終止後的效力

帳號終止後，本條款中涉及著作權、責任限制、賠償、爭議解決的條款，仍繼續對您有效。

15 第三方服務

本服務可能連結至第三方網站或使用第三方服務（如 Google／Firebase／AdMob／AdSense、Adsterra、Appodeal 及其廣告中介合作夥伴、AppLovin、Anthropic、DeepSeek、OpenAI、OpenRouter、RevenueCat、Google Play、Apple 等）。我們對第三方服務的內容、隱私政策或行為不負責任，亦不為其背書。使用第三方服務時，您應遵守該服務的使用條款。

本服務與 Google、Anthropic、DeepSeek、OpenAI、OpenRouter 等 AI 服務商沒有關聯或合作關係，AI 服務商對本服務的輸出結果不承擔任何責任。

16 準據法與爭議解決

準據法：本使用條款及本服務相關事宜，依中華民國法律解釋及執行，不適用衝突法則。

爭議解決：因本條款或本服務所生之爭議，雙方應先以誠信協商方式解決（協商期 30 天）。協商不成者，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，雙方合意以中華民國台北市法院為管轄法院。

消費者保護：台灣消費者受《消費者保護法》保護的權利，不受本條款責任限制條款的影響。

17 一般條款

• 可分性（Severability）：本條款任一條款若被認定為無效或不可執行，該條款將被最接近原意的有效條款替代，其餘條款繼續完全有效。
• 棄權（Waiver）：本服務未執行本條款任何條款，不視為放棄該條款的執行權利。
• 完整協議（Entire Agreement）：本使用條款、隱私政策及退款與取消政策共同構成您與本服務之間就使用本服務的完整協議，取代雙方先前就此事項的一切口頭或書面協議。
• 權利讓與（Assignment）：未經本服務書面同意，您不得轉讓本條款下的任何權利或義務。本服務得在不影響您的條款權益的情況下，將本條款轉讓予繼承實體（如公司重組、合併）。
• 不可抗力（Force Majeure）：因天災、政府行為、戰爭、恐怖攻擊、網路基礎設施故障、疫情、罷工或其他合理控制範圍外的事件，導致本服務無法履行義務時，本服務不負違約責任，但應於不可抗力事件結束後盡速恢復服務。
• 通知（Notices）：本服務對您的通知將透過應用程式內通知或您的帳號電子郵件發送；您對本服務的通知應寄送至 [email protected]。
• 語言：本條款以繁體中文版本為準，英文版本僅供參考，如有歧義以繁體中文為準。

18 條款變更

• 我們可能因服務發展、法規更新或業務調整而修訂本條款
• 所有修訂均在本頁面更新「最後更新日期」及版本號
• 非重大變更（文字澄清、UI 調整等）：在應用程式內通知，繼續使用即表示接受
• 重大變更（新增用戶義務、擴大責任限制、變更管轄法院等）：提前 30 天以電子郵件通知，並要求您重新確認同意。如不同意新條款，您可停止使用並刪除帳號；退款仍依購買平台規則與適用法律處理

01 Acceptance

By accessing or using Moku — Knowledge Universe ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Users aged 13–17 require parental/guardian consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moku.

02 Service Description & Eligibility

Moku is a study tracking and AI-assisted learning tool targeting students preparing for Taiwan's college entrance examinations. Features include study logging, AI analysis, essay grading, quiz generation, emotional support (Diary/樹洞), group study rooms, and vocabulary practice. Minimum age: 13. Users 13–17 should use with parental knowledge and consent.

04 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity under your account; keep credentials secure
• Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold
• Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected]
• Provide accurate information; do not impersonate others
• One account per person

05 User Content & Copyright

You retain copyright ownership of your content (notes, essays, etc.). You grant Moku a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service and, only when you intentionally use the relevant AI feature, to transmit the content necessary for that request (for example prompts, essays, selected documents/images, necessary learning summaries, or recent conversation context) through Moku’s backend to the applicable AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content or use raw notes for AI training. Moku's interface, code, trademarks, and the "Moku" character design are owned by Moku — Knowledge Universe and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Taiwan government exam questions (學測/指考/分科) are not protected by copyright per Copyright Act Art. 9(1)(5) — "all types of examination questions held pursuant to laws and regulations" — and may be lawfully used without authorization.

06 Prohibited Conduct

• Prompt injection, jailbreaking, or bypassing AI safety restrictions
• Automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or reverse engineering
• Selling, transferring, or sharing account access
• Uploading CSAM, illegal content, malware, or infringing material (CSAM will be reported to authorities immediately)
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users
• Posting pornography, sexually explicit content, child sexual exploitation material, or attempting to bypass the prohibition with an adult-content label
• Abusing the refund system
• Unauthorized commercial resale of AI outputs

07 Paid Services

• Digital features in the Android and iOS apps use Google Play Billing or Apple App Store billing as required by the platform.
• Current products include NT$60, NT$89, and NT$149 monthly subscriptions, plus an NT$30 one-time support purchase. Currency, price, taxes, and availability are shown by the store for your region.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancellation normally stops the next charge and access remains through the paid period; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• The NT$30 one-time support purchase does not renew and does not unlock the basic, plus, pro, or other paid-plan entitlements.
• Purchases are re-verified through RevenueCat and the app store; a client-side success screen alone does not upgrade an account.
• Current AI allowances: Pro (NT$89) includes 200 general AI uses/day, 20 essay reviews/month, 20 standard AI quiz generations/month, and 12 Deep Credits/month. Premium (NT$149) includes 200 general AI uses/day, high-use standard quiz generation and essay grading subject to fair use, 30 Deep Credits/month, manually requested full AI sample essay rewrites at 1 Deep Credit each (with no additional single-use feature pass or separate rewrite monthly quota), 18 portfolio AI documents/month, 25 portfolio reviews/month, and the other Premium features shown on the current plan page. The current feature and checkout pages govern the active offering.
• Question count, Standard and Deep generation: Quiz generation may offer 10-question Quick Practice and 20-question Standard Practice. A Full Mock Exam is shown only where Moku has a formal exam blueprint for the selected exam and subject. Supported subjects may also offer Standard or Deep generation. Standard generation uses cost-efficient models while retaining question-count, format, and answer validation for routine practice. Deep generation may use higher-cost reasoning or language models and stricter quality calibration. Providers, model versions, and routing may change for quality, availability, or cost reasons.
• Deep Credits: Deep Credits measure higher-cost AI workload within the Service. They are not cash and are not a freely tradable, redeemable, or externally transferable virtual currency. They may be transferred only through Moku’s built-in friend-gifting feature and subject to its limits. Gifted Deep Credits may be used for Deep features but cannot be gifted again, and an account may receive at most 10 gifted Deep Credits in any rolling 24-hour window. Quiz Deep Credit usage currently depends on question count and generation quality: 10- and 20-question Standard Practice use no Deep Credit; supported 10- or 20-question Deep Practice uses 1. For Full Mock Exams with a formal blueprint, Standard full papers in Chinese/Chinese-comprehensive use 1 Deep Credit and Deep full papers use 2. Standard full papers in social studies, history, geography, and civics use 1 Deep Credit, while Deep full papers in those subjects use 3. Standard full papers in English and natural science/physics/chemistry/biology use 1 Deep Credit and Deep full papers use 2. Standard full mathematics does not add a Deep Credit merely because it is full-length; hard/hell mathematics Deep full papers currently use 2. Opening the page, changing a selection, or previewing does not consume a Deep Credit; the requirement is shown before generation begins. A manually requested full AI sample rewrite after essay grading uses 1 Deep Credit and is treated as a continuation of that essay action, so it does not consume an additional single-use feature pass. Portfolio writing and portfolio review may add 0, 1, or 2 Deep Credits based on automatically assessed workload; the workload surcharge is capped separately from the number of output documents. Material Analysis currently adds no Deep Credit for images, URLs, and PDFs up to 10 pages; PDFs of 11–20 pages add 1, and PDFs of 21–30 pages add 2. If PDF page count cannot be read reliably, Moku may conservatively estimate workload from file size. Workload may use PDF page count, file count, file size, and extractable text volume. Moku presents each relevant requirement separately rather than combining different unlock steps into a single advertised total-view count.
• Each portfolio review accepts up to 5 files, 30 PDF pages total, and 25MB total. Standard material analysis accepts a file up to 20MB and at most 30 PDF pages. These limits protect reliability, review quality, and service resources.
• All paid plans, including NT$60 No Ads, have no forced ads. The signed-in Free-plan Web App may use Adsterra banners and, at natural completion points, ensure one configured Social Bar script is loaded; Adsterra then controls the Social Bar formats and frequency. Eligible public content pages may use Google AdSense and/or Adsterra banners. Moku provides a Web advertising cookie/privacy choice notice; in regions not currently classified as requiring an additional prior advertising-consent signal, ordinary Adsterra ads may load before the visitor makes a choice and declining stops future loading, while regulated regions remain subject to the applicable privacy gate and IAB signals. Where an optional reward is offered, users may voluntarily choose rewarded advertising. Supported paid AI features share one single-use feature pass: currently 3 completed Rewarded ads grant 1 universal pass (or 8 Rewarded Interstitial ads where that format is offered). A pass is not Pro/Premium-specific and is not bound to the page where the ad flow began. It may be saved and is consumed only when a supported feature actually begins generation, analysis, or review; simply entering or previewing a feature does not spend it. Free accounts may currently earn up to 10 such feature passes per month through ads. Deep Credits are separate and do not count toward that cap; currently 5 Rewarded or 15 Rewarded Interstitial ads grant 1 Deep Credit, which may accumulate. If a subscription already includes the base feature, no single-use feature pass is required for that base use; Deep Credits may still apply to optional higher-cost work. In production, reward eligibility is determined by the server-side verification result from the provider that actually served the ad (for example, AdMob SSV or Appodeal S2S); a client-side “completed” event alone is not sufficient to grant quota. Ad rewards have no cash value. Single-use feature passes are not transferable. Deep Credits earned from ads or included with a plan may be gifted only under the friend-gifting rules above; gifting does not make them cash, refundable balance, or freely tradable property, and receipt limits, anti-abuse, and service-availability controls may apply.
• Cancellations, refunds, and restoration are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and store rules.
• If valid products are not configured in the current release, Moku hides the purchase entry instead of presenting a button that cannot work.
• The iOS app license obtained through the Apple App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. These Terms supplement that license for accounts, cloud services, AI features, and community features. Moku, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support of the service.

08 Service Availability

• Automatic web-bundle updates are disabled in the iOS App Store build. iOS code and feature changes are delivered only through App Store releases. Any separately enabled Android testing update channel must not bypass store review or add native permissions.
• Service provided "as-is" and "as-available" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability
• We may add, modify, or remove features; major removals notified 14 days in advance
• For permanent discontinuation, Moku will provide reasonable advance notice and an export path where practicable. Affected purchases are handled under the store rules and applicable law; Apple decides and processes App Store refunds
• Force majeure: natural disasters, government actions, third-party infrastructure failures — Moku is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control
• Third-party services: Moku may use Google/Firebase/AdMob/AdSense, Adsterra, Appodeal and its mediated advertising partners, AppLovin, Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenAI/OpenRouter, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple, and other providers described in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Moku does not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moku shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption; inaccurate AI outputs affecting academic performance; third-party service failures, including advertising or mediation-provider failures; or losses arising from account compromise due to user negligence. Moku's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NTD 100 if you have made no payments. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; in such cases liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Moku harmless from claims, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or illegal use of the Service.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious Terms violations, illegal activity, or system abuse. Minor violations receive a warning first. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a platform subscription or determine refund eligibility; manage subscriptions through Apple or Google, and refunds remain subject to store rules and applicable law. After deletion, Moku cannot continue providing account-based entitlements. Post-termination, clauses on IP, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation (30-day period); if unresolved, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance. Taiwan consumer protection rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

14 General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions remain in full force
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Moku
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; Moku may assign to a successor entity
• Language: Traditional Chinese version prevails; English version is for reference only

15 Changes to Terms

Non-material changes: in-app notification; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes (new obligations, liability changes, or jurisdiction changes): reasonable advance notice and a chance to stop using or delete the account. Refunds remain subject to the purchase platform and applicable law.
