本服務「知識宇宙 Moku」(以下簡稱「Moku」)係指網域 moku-ahvpc2nsb3n0-pano.xyz 所提供之應用程式及相關網頁服務,包含網頁版 PWA、Android 版及 iOS 版。
知識宇宙 Moku 提供的為數位服務商品,屬一次性購買、30天使用期限,到期後不自動續購。依消費者保護法施行細則及通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則,數位服務一旦完成交付(帳號功能解鎖)即不適用猶豫期退款,請於購買前詳閱本政策。
01 商品性質
本應用程式(知識宇宙 Moku)提供的付費方案為數位服務,非實體商品:
- 購買方式:單次購買,取得 30 天使用權限
- 不自動續購:期限屆滿後不會自動扣款,需用戶主動再次購買
- 立即生效:付款完成後帳號功能立即解鎖,服務即刻開始履行
02 退款政策
本服務係依據下列法律規定,合法排除消費者保護法第19條第1項所定7天猶豫期之適用:

知識宇宙 Moku 所提供之付費方案為「非以有形媒介提供之數位服務」,消費者於購買前已充分告知且勾選同意本退換貨政策(事先同意),付款完成後帳號功能立即解鎖(服務開始提供),依前開準則第2條第5款,不適用消費者保護法第19條第1項之7天猶豫期退貨權,購買後原則上不予退款。
用戶於購買流程中須勾選確認已閱讀本政策,視為明確同意以上條款,同意服務立即履行,並放棄猶豫期退款權利。
⚠ 不受理退款的情形
- 已完成購買且帳號付費功能已正常解鎖
- 已使用任何付費功能(AI 出題、作文批改、資料解析、落點分析等)
- 30 天使用期間內以任何原因申請退款
- 一次性贊助(NT$30)屬自願性贊助,恕不退款
03 例外:系統異常退款
若因本服務系統問題導致以下情形,用戶得申請退款:
✓ 可申請退款的情形
- 付款成功但帳號功能未正常解鎖(付費功能仍顯示鎖定狀態)
- 付款遭重複扣款(同一筆訂單被收取兩次以上)
- 因本服務技術瑕疵導致付費功能連續 72 小時以上完全無法使用
上述情形系統提供自動退款機制,可在「設定頁 → 使用方案 → 申請退款(系統異常)」觸發自動檢查,信用卡付款可在 5–14 個工作日內完成退款;ATM / 超商付款請聯繫客服人工處理。
04 購買前提醒
- 請在購買前確認所選方案的功能說明,各方案差異請參閱應用程式內說明
- 購買流程中將要求確認已閱讀本政策、隱私政策及使用條款,完成確認後才能進行付款

05 退款申請流程
遇有系統異常情形,請依以下方式申請:
- 自動退款:設定頁 → 使用方案 → 展開 → 「申請退款(系統異常)」
- 人工申請:寄信至 [email protected],主旨「退款申請」,並說明付款日期、方案名稱、問題描述及訂單截圖
- 我們將於 7 個工作日內回覆;退款依原付款方式退回
06 平台差異說明
- 網頁版(綠界科技):退款由本服務受理後透過綠界科技辦理
- Android 版(Google Play):透過 Google Play 購買者,退款請依 Google Play 退款政策辦理
- iOS 版(Apple App Store):透過 App Store 購買者,退款請至 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請
The service "知識宇宙 Moku" (hereinafter referred to as "Moku") refers to the application and related web services provided at moku-ahvpc2nsb3n0-pano.xyz, including the web PWA, Android, and iOS versions.
Moku — Knowledge Universe offers digital service products on a single-purchase, 30-day access basis with no automatic renewal. Once a purchase is completed and account features are unlocked, the service is considered delivered and no refunds are available, except in cases of system error. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
01 Product Nature
Paid plans on Moku are digital services, not physical goods:
- Single purchase: Each purchase grants 30 days of access
- No auto-renewal: After the 30-day period, no further charges are made unless you purchase again
- Immediate activation: Account features are unlocked immediately upon payment; service begins at that moment
02 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, purchases are generally non-refundable. Digital content delivered via non-tangible media, where the consumer has been adequately informed in advance and has explicitly agreed to immediate digital delivery, is exempt from the cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection regulations.
By checking the required confirmation boxes during checkout, the user acknowledges that they have read this policy and consents to immediate service fulfillment, thereby waiving any statutory cooling-off right.
⚠ Non-refundable situations
- Purchase is completed and paid features have been successfully unlocked
- Any paid feature has been used (AI quiz, essay review, document analysis, score prediction, etc.)
- Any refund request made during the 30-day access period for reasons other than system error
- One-time donations (NT$30) are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable
03 Exception: System Error Refunds
Refunds may be requested if a system issue on our end results in the following:
✓ Eligible situations
- Payment succeeded but account features were not unlocked
- The same order was charged more than once
- Paid features were completely unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours due to a technical defect on our end
An automatic refund system is available for these cases. Go to Settings → Current Plan → "Request Refund (System Error)" to trigger an automatic check. Credit card refunds are processed within 5–14 business days. ATM and convenience store payments require manual processing via email.

- You will be required to confirm that you have read this policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service before payment is processed

05 How to Request a Refund
For system error cases:
- Automatic: Settings → Current Plan → expand → "Request Refund (System Error)"
- Manual: Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" — include payment date, plan name, issue description, and order screenshot
- We respond within 7 business days; refunds are returned via the original payment method
06 Platform-Specific Notes
- Web (ECPay): Refunds processed through ECPay after approval
- Android (Google Play): Purchases via Google Play follow Google Play's refund policy
